From a small office in the garden to a national team of over 70, what a journey it’s been!
This month marks three incredible years since Priory Concept Group was founded. What started as two Directors, Dave and Danny, working out of a garden office has grown into a thriving business with 29 office staff and over 45 engineers working nationwide.
Within our first year, we moved into our first proper office. By year two, we had taken a bold step into our stunning Church office, surrounded by a growing team of 17 office staff and 30 engineers out on the road. Fast forward to today, our office in Christchurch is now completely full, and it truly feels like home.
In the last year, we’ve also proudly expanded by bringing on a Fire & Security company, which is already growing at an incredible pace. It’s been fantastic to welcome them into the team and see how naturally they’ve become part of the Priory journey.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, but none of it would have been possible without the support of our amazing team, both in the office and out in the field. Every engineer, every coordinator, every manager, your dedication is the heartbeat of what we do.
And of course, a huge thank you to our clients, partners, and supporters, your trust and backing have played a massive part in our success. We are only just getting started, and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.
The Office.
It’s been a year since we moved into our new office, and over that time, we’ve gradually made it our own. What began as a blank space now reflects the pace and personality of the business. Each room has taken on its own character, shaped by the work happening in it every day. We’ve made plenty of changes, both practical and aesthetic, to shape the space around how we operate. As we mark three years in business, this space feels like a reflection of how far we’ve come and the direction we’re heading.
Our Team.
At the core of our success is our incredible team. Our 29 office staff work from the beautiful Harbour House, where a close-knit, supportive environment flourishes. Despite the size of the team, everyone shares one common goal, to succeed together and provide the best service possible to our clients. It’s more than just colleagues; it’s a community built on teamwork, dedication, and a shared passion for excellence.
Equally important are our dedicated engineers out on the road. With over 45 skilled professionals nationwide, they bring our promises to life every day, working hard to install, maintain, and service our fire safety and security systems with the highest standards. Their commitment, expertise, and professionalism are what truly set us apart.
Together, the office team and engineers form a dynamic partnership, combining seamless communication with expert fieldwork, ensuring Priory Concept Group delivers outstanding results every time.
